Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History Sea Center Opens!

We're delighted to share that starting Friday, March 5, the Sea Center will be bringing exhibits outdoors from Friday–Sunday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM (weather permitting). No reservations are required, and admission is just $7/person. Free for Members, join today.

Sign up for our free Change in the Weather workshop this Thursday, March 4 to get empowered for conversations about climate change, and join our next Science Pub From Home on Monday, March 8 to hear conservationist and TV presenter Stephanie Arne explain the international effort to save the remaining 1% of African Penguins.

Parents, registration is now open for Nature Adventures spring camps and classes for ages 4–12, and includes both online and at-home activities. Members receive discounts.

Finally, we invite you to join us for our next Natural History of Wine, Beer & Spirits on March 27 when we will explore the connection between entomology and the delicious wine produced by the Margerum Wine Company.
