follow the long drive between the practice and competition fields

In the distance are the Polo Field Condominiums. Many Polo families and fans rent a condo during Polo season.  Others are occupied year round by locals who love living near the fields, the Ocean and the charming City of Carpinteria. Condo prices run from $500,000 for a smaller unit without views to well over $1,000,000 for a large Penthouse with Ocean, Mountain and Polo Views. Units are typically offered for sale (and for rent) through local Realtors who are members of the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and MLS. You can also access the entire MLS through my website, http://www.santabarbaradreams.com/

The Polo and Raquet Club is a private club with many wonderful amenities...members and guests only.
